Jamming for Jacob
Last week we held our Jamming for Jacob concert, celebrating the miraculous life of Jacob Schwartz, and in support of Jacob’s Ladder, an incredible charity that raises money for awareness, research, education and therapy into neurodegenerative diseases and Post 21. Several of Jake’s talented CWP family and friends showcased their incredible talent.
